Our 3240 Patton Way facility processes over 50,000 pallets monthly
Our 6-Step Pallet Process
Every pallet that enters our facility at 3240 Patton Way, Bakersfield follows a carefully designed process that maximizes its useful life and minimizes waste.
Collection & Intake
Pallets arrive at our 3240 Patton Way facility from businesses across Central California. Each incoming load is documented, photographed, and logged in our tracking system for full chain-of-custody transparency.
Inspection & Grading
Every pallet undergoes our 12-point inspection. We check board integrity, stringer condition, nail security, dimensional accuracy, moisture content, and contamination. Pallets are then graded A, B, or C based on condition.
Repair & Restoration
Grade B and C pallets that can be restored are routed to our repair team. Broken boards are replaced, loose nails are secured, and pallets are brought back to full structural integrity. A single repair can extend a pallet life by 3 to 5 years.
Treatment & Preparation
Pallets destined for export go through our ISPM-15 certified heat treatment kiln. All pallets are cleaned, de-nailed of protruding fasteners, and stacked for efficient storage and rapid order fulfillment.
Inventory & Fulfillment
Graded pallets are organized in our yard by size, grade, and type. When your order comes in, our team picks, loads, and prepares your shipment. Most standard orders ship same-day from our in-stock inventory of over 15,000 pallets.
Delivery & Follow-Up
Our in-house fleet handles delivery across Bakersfield, Kern County, and the greater Central Valley. After delivery, your account manager follows up to confirm satisfaction and schedule your next order or pickup.
Trusted Across Central California
From the fields of Kern County to the distribution hubs of the Central Valley, we serve businesses of every size across a wide range of industries. Our deep understanding of each sector allows us to provide pallets that meet your exact specifications.
of our business

of our business
Manufacturing & Warehousing
From automotive parts to consumer goods, our industrial-grade pallets keep production lines moving. We offer scheduled delivery programs that ensure your warehouse never runs short, with custom sizes available for specialized racking systems.
of our business
Food & Beverage
Food-safe pallets meeting FDA and FSMA guidelines. Our grading process ensures every pallet is clean, structurally sound, and free of contamination. We supply dairy processors, beverage distributors, and frozen food facilities across Central California.
of our business
Retail & Distribution
High-volume pallet programs for distribution centers and retail fulfillment operations. We handle the seasonal surges that come with retail, scaling from hundreds to thousands of pallets on short notice without sacrificing quality.
of our business
Construction & Building Materials
Heavy-duty pallets built to handle concrete, lumber, roofing materials, and other construction supplies. We provide reinforced pallets rated for loads up to 4,000 pounds, with custom blocking and bracing solutions available.
Making a Measurable Difference
Every pallet we recycle is one less in a landfill. Here's our impact by the numbers.
Pallets Recycled Annually
Trees Preserved
CO₂ Emissions Reduced
Gallons of Water Saved
Wood Saved
Each recycled pallet saves approximately 12 board feet of lumber. At 50,000 pallets per year, that is 600,000 board feet of virgin timber preserved annually — the equivalent of roughly 450 mature trees left standing.
Carbon Offset
Manufacturing a new pallet generates approximately 4.4 pounds of CO2. By extending pallet life cycles through repair and reuse, we prevent over 100 tons of carbon dioxide emissions from entering the atmosphere each year.
Landfill Diversion
The average wooden pallet weighs about 50 pounds. By diverting 95% of incoming pallets from the landfill, we keep over 1,200 tons of wood waste out of Kern County disposal facilities every single year.

How does your buy-back program work?
